RETURNΒ / EXCHANGE POLICY
β™‘ I unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask questions, read descriptions in detail, and look at images closely.
β™‘ Once packages have left my care I am not responsible if items are received damaged or lost in the mail. With that being said, PLEASE make sure you are giving me your current address.
β†’ Β If a package is lost, please contact the postal service first with your tracking number. Contacting me should be your second step as the postal company can often help solve the issue for you!
β†’ Β If an item is damaged in the mail, please send me a detailed email with images attached to crystalscass@gmail.com. I always want to ensure my customers are happy & I will do everything in my power to see to that happiness! It is tremendously important to me!
β™‘ PleaseΒ take into consideration, the colours that you see on your screen may not be absolutely accurate to the actual product. I do my best to ensure the colours are as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only.
PACKING TIMES
β™‘ I launch one massive collection in the middle of each month so I can be with dealing anywhere from 50-300+ orders at a time. I mostly work alone so once an order is placed I will need anywhere from 7-10 business days to have your order in the mail & on its way to you!
β†’ If an order is ever urgent (birthday present for example) please attach a note upon purchase or email me! I can do my best to speed up the process for you! A lot of care goes into every package I send out - from decorating the package to writing love notes.
β†’Β Please know any wait is worth it to have a box that you open up & feel magick swirl around you! It is my highest goal to make YOU feel special!

1. Where do you source your crystals?
My crystals are ethically sourced from all over the globe! I carry a large volume of offerings from South Africa for example. I have been building relationships with miners, carvers, businessΒ owners & smaller family run businesses for nearly 4 years now!

2. Do you take onΒ custom orders?

I unfortunately do not. However, you can always email me as sometimes I do feel immensely called to take on a custom order! Although most of the time I will politely decline as my collections take all of my energy!
